Gazpacho with its toppings


  • 1 carton of Alvalle Gazpacho Original
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g toasted almonds
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 greek yoghurt (125 ml)
  • Basil / coriander / parsley
  • 1 spoon of virgin olive oil

How to do it

Looking for a creative and fresh starter? We bring you the essence of summer in a unexpected spoon dish, full of colour and nutrients.You will only need a carton of Alvalle Gazpacho Original and a lot of tasty toppings.
  1. Cut the onion, cucumber and apple into small cubes. Set aside.
  2. Chop the toasted almonds.
  3. Cut the avocado into medium cubes
  4. Serve the gazpacho in a deep bowl and add a splash of lemon and virgin olive oil.
