Ceviche with Gazpacho


  • 1 carton of Alvalle Gazpacho Original
  • 200 g of already cooked shrimps 
  • 1 medium onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • 3/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, unshelled and seedless, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 100 g of croutons

How to do it

Do you want to innovate in the kitchen today? You do not need complicated recipes or exotic ingredients to succeed with a fresh and original dish. We suggest you open a carton of our Gazpacho Original to turn it into an essential ingredient of a different and original ceviche.
  1. Chop the prawns in medium pieces. In a large bowl, combine the prawns with squeezed lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion, tomato, garlic, cucumber and coriander and add them to the previous mixture.
  3. Place the Gazpacho Alvalle in a glass cup and add two tablespoons of the previous mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander, chilli and olive oil. If you want, you can add sliced avocado and croutons. What a delicious entrée!
